Bootcamp
A 3-month outdoor fitness program with 3 workouts per week. An holistic approach to fitness designed to build strength, endurance, mobility and cardio-respiratory capacity while having fun and in close contact with nature.


Training philosophy
We distance ourselves from the No Pain No Gain mentality. Instead we focus on the correct exercise execution and technique and we always make sure your body and mind are ready before increasing intensity and training volume. All the exercises are proposed in several versions (more or less complex) so that novice athletes can progress step by step while maintaining the workout challenging for the more experienced athletes.
What to expect
An inclusive environment, a motivated group and trained coaches to guide you to achieve your goals. A Bootcamp session lasts 60 minutes and is structured in three main phases: activation, workout and final cool-down / relaxation. Every session propose different workouts with functional exercices performed bodyweight or using dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, balls, ropes, etc.
