Program 

Day 1

From 09: 00-12: 00  at the Alpha Boulder gym in Giubiasco.  

Michele, a highly experienced Boulder and owner of Alpha Boulder will guide you to discover this fascinating discipline. We will deepen the origins and evolution of sport and we will learn basic techniques, positions and movements of bouldering style climbing.

Once you have put on the pedules (climbing shoes) you will test yourself on the artificial rock walls by choosing among the routes most congenial to you. The Alpha Boulder gym offers a great variety of routes suitable for both beginners and more experienced boulders.  In addition to ensuring the safety of each participant, Michele will be able to assist and advise you with tricks and tricks that will allow you to overcome the most technical and demanding passages.

Day 2

We will meet at dawn to walk towards one of the more sites  spectacular for the practice of bouldering in Canton Ticino. We will spend the day together in the fresh air and  immersed in the wild nature, trying to climb with bare hands on various walls and boulders of rock until sunset and under the watchful eye of Michele.

  • Magnesium (for hand sweating)

  • Crash Pad (protective mattresses for outdoor climbing)

We recommend that you bring comfortable clothing for sports. For the outdoor trip, technical clothing and spare parts are recommended. We will have lunch on site so bring a packed lunch and some bars or dried fruit to recharge your batteries between attempts.
